One of my portfolio is up 60 % in 2 years by mostly investing in popular tech companies. Thinking of realizing the profit and move money to less risky assets ( ETFs). If any one has done something similar, any tips about how to redistribute the money among ETFs and minimize taxes ? Foe e.g. what stocks to keep, which one to sell first. Have stocks of following companies Amazon Microsoft Google Uber Servicenow SAP Tesla Square Twilio Roku Paypal
Tax loss harvest as much as possible by selling your losers. That way it offsets any gains. Also make sure you’re only selling winners that you’ve held over 1 year. Then stuff it all in VTI
