Don’t go unless you are willing to absorb the culture shocks. They work pretty crazy. Not something you would enjoy working your way up. It won’t be easy for non Chinese people due to the expectations from management, especially those from HQ.

With recent Trump administration policy, you would be worried about your job I guess. They might have to close the satellite offices in US soon or the employees may have some stigma attached to them and have difficulty at obtaining citizenship or finding a job that could involve government sector (eg Microsoft Azure working with government).
