My total net worth is currently around 130k (excluding car). I keep around 30k in cash and the rest 100k is combined brokerage and 401k investments strictly in index funds (SP500 and nasdaq). Is this risky?

Seems like your yoe is low. Very likely you are under 30. The younger you are, the more risky your investments should be.
You have 0 risk right now. S&P 500 is not a risky investment.
Break your stuff into 60% stocks (Example, S&P Top 10), and 20% crypto, 20% 401k.
You need more risk, your risk is too low.
