Only got three offer numbers now. Which offer is better? Any suggestions? Thanks! * LinkedIn added more interviews for her to evaluate as Staff to match her other offers’ number. But we thought it would be tough to get Staff based on her YOE. * It seems like Airbnb level has inflations (some data points: FB E5(YOE:5.5yrs) got Airbnb Staff, Google L6 (new promoted) got Airbnb Senior Staff. Snap does not stack grants anymore so it is a very bad choice if you have somewhere else offering about the same or higher. It can still be a good choice if you get Snap L4 and Google/FB L4 offers but not against L5 offers.

Not downleveled, she is L5@Amazon which is similar to L4@Google/Waymo. Getting E5@Facebook isn’t a big surprise since FB has different philosophy of promotion.
