Gave my last round of OCI interview and full onsite rounds for Walmart Labs today.
Both went quite well. Which one should I pick? Or should I just go with whoever pays more?

TC : 20LPA
Yoe: 3.5

    Walmart had offered 22 Base 5 performance bonus, 2L joining bonus and almost no stocks.

    OCI is a place to learn and grow. Go for it as you’re in India so visa is not a concern

      Oh is it easy to move to USA for a bit in OCI? I mean of course it's team dependent but in general do people go onsite while being in OCI?

      Yes for people go onsite in Oracle and it should apply to OCI as well. Depends upon requirement

      I am yet to get the figures.

      Edit: got the verbal offer today. They said they will go over 30 for sure and will do me one better than Walmart. Still waiting to hear from Walmart though

      Make sure you read Walmart offer correctly. They add four year stocks as annual comp. That's is not correct to inflate numbers. Get those sorted out with HR before taking decision. I know people who left because of this aberrations.
