Cisco - Grade 12 Offer Advice
I received an offer to join Cisco. Even though the pay was less than I expected, and I am getting the impression there are some inefficiencies in how the team is currently working, I absolutely loved the hiring manager and all team members. I enjoyed chatting with them so much that I am afraid I am letting those great conversations cloud my judgement in regards to total compensation, and would appreciate some help negotiating the best offer.
I am being told nothing can be done to increase the base, bonus, or sign on. The original RSU offer was 140k and the details below are the unofficial numbers being discussed as part of negotiation. It also sounds like I should not expect stock refreshers. At best, every other year or every third year?
Base - 225k
Bonus - 25%
RSU - 180,000
SignOn - 43,000
YoE = 15
TC 326,250 = 225k base + 56,250 (25% bonus) + 45,000 (180k RSU/4)
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am also finishing up final virtual on-site rounds at 3 of the big 4 tech companies. Those will conclude by Monday afternoon. Once I know the outcome of those interviews, I will be able to make a decision.
Will update this post sometime next week, for sure.
Is the offer a good one? How should I negotiate?
