I have an offer from Cisco for the SRE position. Based on my research, seems like I am getting lowballed by them. Need some advice. Below I am providing a summary of the stats I found over the internet and some of my offer specifications.
Location- bay Area (remote, but can require on-site with a 90 days notice)
YoE- recent grad (0 yrs in SRE)
Education- BSc
Base- 92k
Sign on bonus- 0
Annual bonus- ~5% (variess based on individual & company performance)
RSU- 0
TC- 92k+(~5%)
Stats I found
On LinkedIn- 105k (min), 145k (avg)
On Glassdoor- 106k (min), 133k (avg)
On Payscale- 90k (min), 116k (avg)
On h1B- 105k (min), 135k (avg)
On levels.fyi- didn'tfind anything helpful
Is there any room for negotiations? If so, how can I proceed with that? Any actionable feedback, please? Thanks in advance!
