Level 9 - 150 base + 15 sign on. No RSUs.
What do you guys think?
This is for Infosec engineer.
Though I am in lcol and this is a remote job but this( level 9) seems very low according to level fyi.
I do have a better offer from consulting firm which is better than this but I prefer IC roles.
Any tips for negotiation?

You *must* negotiate to RSU 100-150K atleast.
Competing offers make things easy.
As a 9 I got no RSU. As a 10 I got some.
Been 10 with a lower base for a couple years. Ended up with 150k base recently after an internal lateral transfer but they would not budge on RSU for internal moves.
If you come in at 9, you will get pushed down on merit and focal raises. You will get a smaller raise whenever you get a promotion to 10.
