I got L10 w/ 3 yrs experience. TC’s little under 190K, seems reasonable at L8, though didn’t join.
Its good offer for cisco but u can get more if u join faang..
150k base is L10 level.. I at L10 was at 134k
For grad 8...that is a good offer ...and indicative of SJ cost of living
