Modi 3.0- Top 5 priorities???
What Business Unit? There are some Cisco-wide holds on US Sales & Channel Roles. I’ve been told there might be other divisions impacted too.
Am not sure which business unit . It’s been 5 days after the final interview . May be I got rejected right ? Will they update us even if rejected ?
What type of job is it? Sales? Developer? Etc. You should get an update and don’t feel bad reaching out to you’re recruiter. They are generally good about being transparent.

How many rounds ? Is the last round was managerial round ?
There is a hiring freeze right now and if its only been 5 days chill out. Getting recs taken care of and all the approvals for an offer isn't an overnight process especially during Q4.
It was 1 day for me. 1 phone, 1 round of video, 1 on site. I think it greatly depends on who’s hiring you and stuff. I suspect I was the last to interview.
Next morning for me.
One of the worst company that I ever seen in my 19 years experience.
Are you still working there ? Also y did you say it’s worse ? Can you please elaborate
I am seriously preparing to come out. Most of them suffering to keep their job safe because most of them working more than 7+ years. Lots of contractors, lots of delay, slow and very old process style.
@fangfox Don’t generalize dude. I am working on a very good project with smart people. Maybe your team is slow. Try to get competent and you will see a difference.
It was only a couple days for me
How did you got the final update ? Is the hiring manager called you ? Or is it HR?
It was HR, my recruiter
