Cisco offer review - PM
Hey guys, got a PM offer from Cisco and would like to pick your brains on how good it is in respect with experience and location. YOE: 5+ , MBA grad Level offered: PM level 11 Salary: $160k base Bonus: 15% RSU: $70k vested over 4 yrs Basically: ~$201k total package. Base is goo! Stocks can go up, its not even 20k per year
They already maxed out (per recruiter) on that front. That’s the best I could get at this point
