Does anyone know how bonus is awarded at Citadel? I heard that it has a vesting schedule. Is this true? Never heard of bonus with a vesting schedule. It is typically lump sum cash in mots places.

    Part of is deferred and invested in the hedge fund for 4(?) years.

    You lose it if you break the non compete.

      Can confirm. Everything higher than some amount is vested, the rest is cash.

      Sry I meant TC of ~400 k is a lower bound of participation in the fund (base included).
