  Yea I don’t think it’s hard rule, but the general idea is to hire people who are not new grads, but still generalists in their career
  
  I’m sure salary is negotiable based on experience. There are no levels or bands so nothing limits you to a specific compensation.

Interviewed for new grad and not for NXT so YMMV, but generally it’s one or two phone screens and then onsite in Chicago (potentially NYC) with 4 interviewers.

Questions will be a mix - some LC, some behavioral/experience, some systems/multi-threading depending on background. Probably best to brush up on algorithms/data structures and C++ if that’s on your resume.
