Interviews are LC easy/medium.
It's not easy to move across teams since there is no process to do so and most teams end up creating a lot of key man risk. I've seen multiple people ask about it but no one has an answer.
They are also are in part like risk management since if they go under we all go under. Portfolio financing was one of the reasons we almost went under in 2008 and learned a lot from that. The technology team is hiring a lot now to rebuild this team so I highly recommend as it is a good time to get in with a growing team.
