Well it depends upon your interview, feedback and Current CTC.As far as i know there is no range from C11 onwards. People who are getting promoted from C10 to C11 and then C11 to C12 .Their CTC varies from 22 to 25 LPA. People hiring from outside can get from 25 to 35 LPA for C12 and 32-50 for C13(VP). Pros- Work life balance. Good hike(double digit) with good bonus once you complete 1 Year if you are performing well, even average performer get decent hike and bonus. Whole CTC is fixed, you will get really good in hand there is no hidden deduction. Good performer have great visibility. Once you stay in Citi for 2 years and performing well, you dont want to switch to any other company. Cons- Pressure to do something innovative and out of box if you really want to grow.

Hi, I recently got an offer for 36 LPA for C12- having 8.10 years exp. Do you think it’s a good offer ? I would be joining next month so will I get any bonus in the upcoming appraisal?

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
With competing offer you can negotiate. I know several C11s getting 28-30LPA. There is room for negotiation.
Initial offer was 26 LPA (30% hike from previous company). After negotiations & counter offer (joined one of the Big 4 for 23 LPA a month back), they came back after 2 weeks & offered me 31 LPA (~50% hike from previous company & 35% from the current offer) Now I have to decide on quiting current company & join Citi. Definitely comp & benefits seems better at Citi. Both of them are senior IC roles (AVP at Citi & Manager at Big 4) Appreciate your feedback on the pros & cons of joining Citi.
You should definitely join if they are offering you 31 it means your feedback is really good. Have you worked on Talend?
