Climates at Blizzard and EA?
Which is the better place to work rn? What is the work climate like at each place?
Go to Respawn instead of EA proper. Avoid Blizz for a few years.

Blizzard has been challenged this year with a lot of turnover, but replacements have been strong and bring with them new enthusiasm. I don't know what EA is like, but for Blizzard, it's a great time to join. 👍

I hear most if not all teams are getting great backfills
Did 5 years at EA on marketing comms, left at the start of 2019. Would not recommend for any roles in marketing or comms if the leadership is the same as when I was there (last I checked, same people). Lots of failing up creating bad leadership, no growth opportunities for the ones working hard, and we had complicated re-orgs every six months for all 5 years I was there.
Depends on the division or team, my division is doing great, one of our best years and we our ramping up for a lot of growth!
