Hi Friends, I have upcoming interview with Deloitte, can you please answer below questions. 1 . How js work culture in Deloitte ? 2. Will they sponsor GC as I have only 2 years on my H1b visa? 3. How much TC, I can expect? Thanks in advance

Comp is good for cloud roles but can’t speak to GC process
With just two years in H1B, DO NOT JOIN even if the recruiter says he’s going to get approval for day1.

Hi all, I have an offer from deloitte, will they start working on gc after a year now policy is changed to one year
The policy to initiate the case in the internal portal is one year now. But they would easily take another 12 more months to file the PERM. I initiated last dec and still in PWD.
If you have joined, can you let me know about this position. Currently I work at Amazon as. Cloud Support Engineer and have been contacted by a recruiter from Deloitte for Cloud Data Engineer. Hence would like to know about the position, TC and advice on shall I switch. Thanks
