Share the weirdest thing happened in your interview. I will start with mine. Halfway my meta interview, my interviewer said he is in a rush and whether I could say the complexity of the second problem. I said it and he left the interview. It was a pass, but I was not felling okay for the next behavioural, ended up bombing only that.

Was during the final coding interview. They wanted me to open an online IDE. When opening a new tab they saw my “frequently visited” tabs. You can guess what was in there…. Ended up with an offer tho

Not weird but creepy. Had a Facebook onsite before the pandemic in Menlo office. Interviewer continuously started at my breasts while talking. I have average jugs btw and was wearing formal attire. 🤦

I was interviewing a guy once on-site and he brought his own lunch to the interview and ate through it. He then told me he was rejected from 7 other jobs.

When I was at my old start up, A candidate during the interview just pulled copied and pasted a solution from the internet. When asked where he got it, he has gaslighted me and told him he didn’t do anything.

Interviewed a contractor from India. She was in a farm with cows, goats and chicken around and was in barn like home. It was early morning there. Prolly from a remote village based on the setting and her English speaking skills. I appreciated her efforts but could not move her to on site.
