Coinbase vs Robinhood

Got staff eng offer from both companies and trying to make the decision.

Compensation wise (without signup bonus, which is harder to amortize)
Coinbase TC is around 400k, Robinhood TC is around around 540k. RH signup is about 50k more than CB. CB gives out rsu with 2018 valuation and that’s why the number looks lower.

Team wise, the hiring team of CB seems to be a bit more interesting to me.

Company wise, I’m less familiar with (and thus less clear about the future of) crypto currency industry.

Feels like a 50-50 situation. I was very interested in Databricks too but only got a senior level offer from them, so passed the offer.
