Comcast Pay Structure,Band and Bonus %age for SW engineers

Hi
Any idea what the yearly bonus percentage and base pay ball park is for employees at Comcast for Eng 2, Eng3 and Eng4 roles ?
I have heard the bonus percentage is low and can’t be negotiated at the time of an offer ? How true is that ? (Denver and Philly)
And also for a person with 4 -5 YOE in the US what role or band would it fall under for Software engineering role ?

      Oh, it's a recycled joke. Someone from Albertsons shat on FAANG, and now every post mentions them. Search for Albertsons and you'll see that pretty much everything is a joke.

      I'm in Philadelphia. I have 4 years experience and came out of a bootcamp. 90k is my base pay. I also was employed as a contractor here for two years before I was converted

    Bonus % is fixed at 6,8,10,12 for levels 3,4,5,6 (i think) however you do get rsus and later stock options. Those tend to be generous
