I’m interested in knowing the wlb for comcast and how often you can work from home as a software engineer. Also, is the wlb good on the digital home team or the rdk team? What can you work on on those teams (is embedded/firmware work done)?
Can't speak for rdk but digital home has a decent amount of full remote engineers and a complaint is they are left out of a conversations often. I think team by team basis is dependent on wlb.

Who is more intelligent Rahul Gandhi or Donald Trump?
It really is team/manager dependent. There are some teams that are almost all remote, and some that almost never wfh. The company itself doesn’t really have a formal policy and leaves it up to the departments to decide what works best for them. But it is not an unusual question to ask of the hiring manager. I don’t really know what the work is on those two teams, i do think the digital home probably has a better future in the company, though
