Comcast vs cascadelink in Seattle

I'm moving to Seattle next month and my building in downtown offers both Comcast and cascadelink. Wondering if cascadelink is any good. Since it appears to be a local provider, wonder if it'll have lesser peering relationships and thus slower speeds. I see $40 for 100mbps at Comcast w/ 1 yr contract and $40 for 30mbps at cascadelink. Appreciate any feedback on your own experience.
