Hi everyone,
Recently started my own contracting firm and Iโve gotten myself into contracts with large and small companies ranging from seed and early series startups, to a couple of post IPO companies. As I try and scale this out Iโm looking to bring on talented devs who would be interested in contracting.
Why this is beneficial for you:
- You can open up an LLC and start expensing everything that pertains to contracting in your life
- Bring in extra income, the income you bring in wonโt have taxes taken out so you can manage it however you want (saving it for taxes or other purposes)
- Flexible work hours, so take on as little of as much as you want depending on your work load
Pay:
SWE 1: 55 an hour (almost 110k yearly if you put in 40 hours a week)
SWE 2: 75 an hour (150k a year if worked 40 hours)
Senior: 100 an hour (195k a year if working 40 hours a week)
If you are interested DM me or comment on here and I will reach out!
Also if you are a hiring manager reading this, I have many talented engineers coming from big names a part of my firm and would love to be able to place them at your companies if you have contractor roles!
