Comp and culture at Workday

Hi! Expecting a P5 level role in A non tech function. Can WD folks on this platform guide me on :
comp expectations?
Does WD offer an annual bonus? If yes, what is history of payout?
Does WD pay Annual refresher ?
Work life balance? Culture?

    I’m in a eng role so may not be a one-to-one mapping but gives you an idea.

    Q: Comp expectations
    Not sure for non eng. Maybe levels.fyi has some numbers

    Q: Does WD offer annual bonus?
    Not that I know at an individual level. There is performance stock units that everyone gets annually.

    Q: Annual refreshers
    Base salary bump, refreshers, etc all happen during the annual perf cycle

    Q: Work life balance
    My opinion is that it’s pretty good. I don’t work on weekends and work reasonable hours (~8) most of the time.

    Q: Culture
    My opinion is that it will vary greatly between orgs and teams. I’ve seen orgs/teams with good culture and others not so much. I think that’s generally true of any large-ish company.

    From my experience, I can say that people are generally pretty nice here and there isn’t any constant perf cycle stress or fear of PIP.
