L6 definitely, comp depends on location and division. In Prime Video SVOD/TVOD/Channels/PVD it's around £145k TC in the UK and €165k TC at the higher end of the scale. Anecdotally, roles in this area in LA pay around 25-30% more... Note it's a hard jump from L6 to L7 in this job category (especially outside of LA), but even in L.A. it's usually 3+ years min

7yoe would be very low for this level as well, most I've seen at that experience come in as l5 content acq mgr, or lowest entry l6

Did you get in? What did you get for TC?
Maybe level 7? (sr mgr in title) Not sure what comp would be, that’s a very specialized role
