Comp for Non- technical role at Cohesity and Rubrik
What compensation should I expect for Director/Sr Manager roles in product management or product marketing at Cohesity and Rubrik in Silicon Valley? I heard from a recruiter that there is no bonus, only base salary and equity with standard vesting schedule. If I am forced to quote expected comp, please suggest numbers for base and total equity (dollar amount). I don’t even know the current strike rate for the stocks of these companies.
Thanks for the info! There seems to be quite a bit of variation in salaries for the same title. I suppose it boils down to one's negotiating prowess.
Are you talkin about the eng titles? There’s not as much variation because internally people have levels very similar to google and fb, like l3, l4, l5, etc, external title is same but the variation you see is due to individual experience and ability, not entirely negotiations

Doesn't seem like those are actual base salaries paid. If you check for Netflix, all salaries are below 200k except one. There are no bonuses at Netflix AFAIK.
