Comp structure at crypto/blockchain companies

What is comp structure like at crypto/blockchain companies? From levels.fyi I can see Coinbase: salary + RSUs, no annual bonus though? What is RSU vesting schedule? Robinhood: looks similar to coinbase, I have same questions IBM: decent salary, looks like tiny stocks and minimal bonus? Nothing for other companies like Ripple, Gemini, eToro, BlockFi etc. Are they too small / far from IPO to have public info?
