Is it normal that these compaines doesn’t bother sending at least a rejection email or anything like that? Tldr: everytime I (incoming grad) apply to one of these compaines, never received rejection email at all. I understand my resume might not stand out but other compaines still send you rejection email and stuff like Google. I wanted to ask recruiters, is that true or im just not worth their time? tc: intern
Speaking from their side: why would they do it? Literally nothing to gain if they don’t inform you. Probably if you haven’t received anything the CV hasn’t been looked at by a single person, only machines.
In most companies, rejecting a resume will automatically trigger an email. This either means: a) no one looked at your resume (because there are tens of thousands of those) Or b) Some one thought you weren't a fit but didn't bother rejecting your resume because may be they thought something else might be better suited to you.
Get over it kid

With Apple, your resume gets saved to a database. Later some recruiter may find your resume to be a good fit.
I applied to Google many times with two referrals and I'm still waiting for a response, i cannot even get a phone call or email. Passed the apple on site, and I have an upcoming on site with Amazon.
