Companies in Seattle that pay like FNG?
SDE, 4 yoe all in Amazon, current TC 280k (stock appreciation, otherwise Amazon pay sucks). Looking for companies that pay at least 300k, in the Seattle area (Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland). FB doesn't hire less than senior (need at least 6 yoe) in the area. Already have an onsite with G. Looking for other companies with the same pay. Thanks.
Pinterest, Zillow, Lyft/Uber, maybe Oracle
Pretty sure Pinterest, Zillow and Lyft don't pay that much for 4yoe. (The recruiter already told me upfront and I also have friends in Zillow and Lyft). Uber is a good pointer. I'll try them. Oracle not sure, they might. I'll contact them too. Thanks.
Oh there’s also Snap, they tend to pay really well given they have hiring issues

I said FNG because I know they pay well (note that I kept Amazon out, because I know Amazon doesn't pay even close to those 3. It was just the stock appreciation that took the TC high.)
Yeah I was just being a hater. I don’t think many companies pay as much for the average engineer so that’s why most people only remember FNG (everyone knows amazon doesn’t pay much anymore)

Your tc is pretty high for Seattle so your options are limited. Aside from fg and uber you can try tableau. Indeed might be worth trying since their leveling is entirely dependent on your interview.
Just curious what is your TC in your 5th year?
