Companies that I can get away with working < 20 hours per week and NOT be on call and still make decent TC?

Amzn is not good for mental health. I want to go somewhere I can actually have a life that doesn't revolve around work.

I am not a big TC chaser like all of you here. ~150k is good enough for me honestly.

Any companies like that? Talking about SDE role BTW.
