Hi! I am looking for companies that can file for green card before getting H1B for employees on OPT (student visa) I did some research and Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn do that. what are the other companies out there that do this?
Facebook? I'm not sure
Salesforce likely
First thing you should ask yourself is that are you worth any company doing that for you? Also, before thinking about GC, get job offers first. Don't be greedy and try to have everything at once.
I dont want to be wasting my time on applying companies that dont do this. Whether I am worth or not is not relevant here
Fine. Then spend your time on finding those companies. Obviously competition will be high, and so as their bar. If you get nothing at the end then too bad, at least you didn't waste time.

Are you sure you want to do that? The minute you apply for GC in opt, you'd be denied opt extension, you won't be able to travel abroad and you won't be able to apply for an immigrant visa till GC gets approved. F1 is non dual intent, so if you apply, it means you're trying to immigrate on a non dual intent visa. This gives the govt every right to screw you over whenever they can.
Why do you want to get GC filed without fully using your 36 months of OPT? GS does this as well, depending on the team and manager.
What country are you from? If India or China neither company will apply for a green card for you until you get your H-1B first.
