What are some tech/fintech companies that invest on mentoring their employees more than the normal FAANG? Heard that LinkedIn does, any others?
Isn't mentoring free. It mostly takes up your time and the mentor, but that is why you can get multiple mentors. Depends on how much you can get done, but if you are following the guidance, I find that keeps me more than busy to develop.
Amazon is spending a lot on an internal tuition/job skills upgrade program, mostly for the warehouse guys to find higher paying jobs outside warehouse.

Got an offer from a start-up called C3.ai. One benefit they offered was full tuition to get a master's degree in AI. They also offered money bonus for getting the degree, too. Didn't eventually take their offer but thought that was interesting.
