Hi

I am a SWE at Microsoft in Redmond with 3yoe (TC around 200). Which companies should I target and what TC can I expect?

Seems like Amazon and Meta are paying much more but I am scared of PIP being on a visa. I would also like to take public stocks or cash over paper money.
