What does that mean exactly and which companies are known for having a good one?
Off the top of my head, here are a few things it means to me: -they ship product at a decent, if not fast, pace. -new features are things that customers actually want (means the biz listens) and that grows the business (in tune with the market and with biz needs). -the workers believe in the product and are enthusiastic about it existing in the world and the product's impact -decisions are made as an ecosystem and not just top down from a c-level exec.

I would assume anyone would want it. Just wanted to know how people defined it and what companies they thought fit that description. No need to get feisty lol
