It’s a friendly culture and work life balance is one of the best things about Spotify. All my managers have been very understanding about there being a life outside of work. Then there are some great benefits for families, like 6 months pto for parental leave.

Work life balance is excellent. Culture is really friendly + welcoming. Comp is not great
