Company asking visit office to install OS

Hi All,

My lenovo ThinkPad's SSD crashed one week ago. I had talk with IT team regarding the issue. They told me, need to replace SSD and need to install OS. Lenovo engineer came to my home town and changed the SSD. Now SSD issue is fixed, IT guys asking to visit nearest office to install OS. I have asked IT guys to provide windows image and install myself or provide virtual machine to work or provide temporary laptop To work.
They are not ready to anything. Asking to visit nearest office.
I have just recovered from covid-19 one month ago. Not yet vaccinated to travel.

Please suggest what should I do in this case?
