Ah, the offer I got from Arista was about the same. Guess they weren't lowballing me if that's their standard 1 YOE offer. Anyway to give my input to your question I would go with google to have google on the resume. Comps are similar enough. Maybe try to get G to go a little higher on the base given the cisco offer base.
