I have offers from Pure storage and Nutanix Pure storage - 165K/160K/25K -15% bonus Nutanix - 170K/180K/- - no bonus Looks Pure offer is very good . Does Pure storage give stock refresh? With 4 yoe what compensation will I get from FANG companies ?
Nutanix have stock refreshers and good base hike.
What's the interview at Nutanix like?
Mostly LC easy /medium.
Both are solid offers for your experience
Good offer from fb would be 150k/300k/50k
Is this for e5 ?
No e4, e5 is around 165k/450k/75k

Yes they do Depending on position and performance, you'd get between 60 and 100k over 12-14 quarters
is the 25k there a signing bonus?
Again none of these companies are worth working for. I would say give it a try with FAANG companies.
How was Pure Storage Onsite Interview? Did you get leetcode or was it something else
It was combination of leetcode questions and previous work experience.
It's all custom made. No LC.
