There are many other companies that pay same or more than Netflix.

Which company if you can name it? I have tried searching. But, 350K+ for 3 yoe or even 5 yoe is difficult to get

Facebook and Microsoft. Depending on level.

I was thinking it’s either Google or Microsoft. I am not sure about others. Amazon is definitely a no-no for me after working here

You're not likely to be hired with 3YOE. Not impossible; but incredibly unlikely. Career growth at Netflix is an area of tension because everyone is hired at a "senior level". While you will receive feedback to improve performance, Netflix does not do PIP. You get a severance package. "Succeeding on a dream team is about being effective, not about working hard. Sustained “B” performance, despite an “A” for effort, gets a respectful severance package. Sustained “A” performance, even with modest level of effort, gets rewarded." -- publically available Netflix culture deck

If Netflix don’t do Pip, why would the employees get a severance package? In Pip, employees at Amazon get severance package. What is the typical yoe required at Netflix to be eligible? I have 5.5 yoe. How is the wlb at Netflix?

There's no PIP because there's no official process. Netflix is vehemently anti-process. You will get feedback before termination, but it won't come in the form of an official PIP. WLB is great. You manage it. You spend however much time you need to sustain impact within your team.

WeWork (except for Masayoshi Son, his work life balance has been pretty off lately.)
