i feel like there is zero transparency here. what are the base salary bands for counsel and senior counsel, and is it true that if you're already at the top of your band they won't bump your comp package, regardless of calibration? is there no stock refresh if the value of our RSUs have halved since joining? trying to understand how much of a salary increase do they work with based in calibrations because there is zero transparency about calibrations and comp for Legal.

You should find a different employer who is more transparent, where they have better talent so you are not the “top of your band”. The only employer I know who promotes transparency is Uncle Sam. I am sure you will thrive in a federal agency.
