Don’t even try to join at this time. If you are on h1b. You will never get 140 with constant layoffs and immigration freeze.

140-170 base + no joining bonus+ 250-400k rsu over 4yrs. No yearly fixed bonus. Again above nunbers depends on teams, if u into autopilot those rsu’s can go upto 600k.

If you were offered a full-time role from being a contractor they offer less. There are people who get make than 120k base even without senior title. Especially the MS grads.
