What is a good offer from salesforce like for a SMTS? Senior member of technical staff

130k-175k 50-100k rsu 15% bonus
175k base 15% bonus 124k rsu is about top of the range
Is that 124k RSU $124k or 124k RSU shares? Also is that total over vesting period or per year?
That is obviously 124k RSU shares because you are THAT desirable

It's hard to make serious $ as an engineer at SFDC unless you came in through an acquisition.

Negotiate for 25k sign on. Other than that, that's very good offer for smts.

I haven seen SMTS offers of 192K base , 160K RSU. If you negotiate you will get it
135-145k base; 15% bonus; 70k rsu

It's not accurate. Associate sde receive 130-135k base 80k stock 25k signing and 10% bonus so can't see how an S would get that low
