Compensation at zeta

I got an offer from zeta but I am not sure if this is the right offer or should I have negotiated more.

SDE 2
YOE: 5
TC: 40 L base + 3 L jb + 3 L second yr bonus + 20 L stock (10, 20, 30, 40 percentage vesting over 4 yrs)


Current TC: 24 fixed
