Compensation for Senior PM at Vimeo

Hello everyone,

I have recently received a verbal offer from Vimeo for the position of Senior Program Manager. I have a call with the recruiter scheduled tomorrow to go over the compensation details.
I initially shared a base expectation of 145 to 150K (currently remote, may need to relocate in future, possibly to NYC).

Can someone help me with a base range along with the various offer components (Base, Sign-On, Relocation, RSUs) for New York location?

Also is Vimeo going full remote?

Current TC: ~130K
YoE: ~8
