Going to be interviewing with the hiring manager next week for a Manager, and I’m curious about the compensation structure over at VMware.
- Is bonus percentage (targeted bonus) set by/controlled by the career band of the role?
- Similarly, are RSUs dictated by career band, or is that something that can be negotiated?
- Any chance of expecting a sign on bonus?
