I have an HSA as part of my medical plan. My employer contributes some money to it every pay period, but I’ve never contributed to it myself before. I would like to start now.
The annual contribution limit for an employee, as shown in the screenshot, is $3650. However, the text at the bottom says that my maximum allowed contribution is only $2650. Why is there a discrepancy? Is it because the year is like 1/6 over?
