They won't be doing well when the iPhones don't sell.... Apple's a bunch of idiots that made the Apple watch only work with the iPhone.... That means when the iPhone fails the Apple watch will too...
So here's the thing about an apple everything they make it only works with other Apple stuff.... Everything everybody else makes works with everything including Microsoft.... I can't wait to see that USB C port on the iPhone... Sort of an admission of failure...

Seriously in a world where everything is going open source do you really believe that fencing off compatibility is a good thing? .... Everything else works with everything else.... Once people mature (some people are still only on their second or third smartphone..... they're still sort of figuring out how all of this works) and technology they will realize that they actually want everything to work with everything else regardless of the brand.... You know like TVs and DVD players.... The brands don't have to match... And it's a beautiful thing... And everyone would think it was stupid if they did....
Why are their gross margins on services only 63%? I would have guessed they were 100% since it requires them to do nothing.
The only thing they have going for them is a margin increase as their business shifts from hw to services
