What does our firm prioritize? I never found out but I know case performance and behavioral fit were likely important

I think academic record is sort of used as a cut off criteria for early application selection. Then at interview stage, I would say that fit and case ability would be as important. 3/4 of your interviews would be case ability and only 1/4 would be fit and too many people neglect the fit part because of it. However this is a lot more important than what people realize
