Honest questions: I'm good at reading and writing; my thought and writeups are organized. But in meetings, I sometimes can't capture the conversation flows. Sometimes it's due to bad practices of teammates (side chat, Segway from topics, lacking of agenda, having personal agenda). If I am the host, I usually have preset agenda shared. I'm much better a answering things in writing, but most people like conversational meetings.
