Convoy Final Round Interview expectation
Currently Amazon L6 PMT, 5yr+ tenure. Passed 2 phone screens and made the final round that is supposed to be 4.5hrs. What should I expect? Any tips to prep? TC: 245k #convoy #product #interview

not in product / engineering but it’s going to be a values loop, very similar to amazon structure. Basically will be 4ish interviews all 45min (some teams do 30min) and each interview focuses on behavioral questions on 2 convoy values There might be one person who dives into more technical questions but not sure

Yep one of those 4 interviews is a bar raiser HM is the one who makes the decision in the end but if any of the loop people score a 1 or 2 typically it is a no hire. However I have seen someone get a hire when the HM is inclined despite having a 2
for your level .. there is a chance more weight of senior leaders. I came in at around your level and one of my interviews was with a Sr Director .. not sure how much his weight was though and if that is required for one of the value loops at L6 most loops i’m on now are L4 and L5 so not as sure what a L6 looks exactly like
Hey thanks! Yes I ended up with 2 Sr director, 2 directors and 2principals for my loop. Finished the interview yesterday and expecting final decision this afternoon. Would you mind share some details on how the process would go from here?
